At shilajitkaufen.com we ship our premium Shilajit from the Netherlands using a secure shipping method with tracking (Track & Trace).

We ship exclusively within the European Union. As all shipments remain within the EU customs union, no customs duties or import charges apply.

Shipping costs:

Orders of €49.90 or more ship free of charge. For orders under €49.90 the following flat rates apply:

Important: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address.

Processing time:

Orders are processed within 1 business day. The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (17:00 CET) on business days; orders placed after 5:00 PM count towards the next business day. The delivery times stated above are estimates from the date of dispatch.

Please note: We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next business day.

How it works:

  1. Email us within 30 days of delivery at info@shilajitkaufen.com with your order number and a short note on why you are not satisfied.
  2. You do not need to send anything back – you may keep the product or give it away.
  3. We will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 1 business day of confirming your request (your bank may take a few days to process it).

Good to know:

  • The guarantee applies for 30 days from the day of delivery.
  • It applies to both opened and unopened products – trying it out is expressly allowed.
  • No return shipping, no forms, no costs.
